I loved the stunning view from my window on the 40th floor! The room was spacious and super comfy. The breakfast spread was beautiful, definitely a treat. The location was perfect with the metro right outside. Can't wait to stay here again! 😊

The location is spot on, with the metro station right at the hotel entrance. My room offered a stunning view of the Huangpu River, and the bed was super comfy. I loved the breakfast variety. they served both Chinese and intercontinental options, a delightful surprise! The staff tried their best to be helpful, even if their English skills weren’t perfect. the room had a lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke despite the no smoking policy. The check-in process took longer than expected due to paperwork. Some facilities looked dated, and the carpet had noticeable wear and tear. it's a hotel with great potential, but it could definitely use some refurbishment.

Cracking view from the 31st floor, loved the spacious Junior Suite and the big bathtub! The location near Pudong Avenue Metro makes it easy to explore. Just a shame the staff struggled a bit with English. braw experience!

With 20 family members, we had a blast visiting the Shanghai Disney Resort, which was just a short trip away. The location was super convenient, with a metro station literally right outside. Our Deluxe Double Room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely city view.
My wife says that the hotel's amenities, especially for kids, fell short.
